APRIL Days

Painting based on Divine PHI in Art (Fibonacci known for that art form)

PHI in Art depicts nature in geometrical elements-this painting is her Life Journey.

While in Gallery from across the room with huge white walls and windows and a most beautiful old wooden floor (Art Gallery in Old Refurbished Barn) I knew it was by my daughter-so proud of her.

We also got to browe through her own art room and needless to say she has done outstanding, breathtaking art of female Spanish Matadors in a mixed medium-will showcase at a later time in blog.

Saw this poster on PINTEREST-Truly Artists  see beauty and life  in the least of  things no one else would even pay attention to - I am sure the energy of the universe lives and thrives  in the hearts of an Artist.

MAGPIE after her grooming -She got a summer shave/cut-My beloved Cocker Spaniel.

She never was groomed this short before-so we assured her she is still one beautiful little pup.

I am sure she is more comfortable now..

INTERLUDE

Well here it is another Sunday-Been away from my blog for a while. My camera was in need of dire repair so to be honest with you spending most of my time on Pinterest . But all in all the last few months have been upheaval from the aftermath of what transpired in my life unfortunatly since the June 1st tornado and the October 30 Nor'Easter-My home is just about 80% refinished and I am delighted-It's the little things in life that mean the most to us, ALWAYS ALWAYS, and in my case having a roof over my head takes top priority. But in keeping with having an up to date blog I am posting just a few pictures of happiness!

We need to wear RED to work for Womens Heart Health on Feb 3rd-this will be perfect.

Lastly some felt hearts for Valentine Day, Simple and colorful, just hung them on my shower curtain to brighten up for Valentine Day.

CHRISTMAS 2011

Our first Christmas with my beloved husband passed on into Beulah Land.
Decor from bygone days of Christmas but take note of photo of Kelly and myself -she was married at the Cape this past July on the beach-we all put the wedding together for her and Dan. My husband was there in spirit I am sure.

Just some garland with antique bulbs and great grandmom Malvina.

A whimiscal wreath I made 5 years ago, so cute!

Nothing better for the holidays than citrus and cloves.

Small brush trees sitting in tiny tea pots-never can have enough brush trees at Christmastide.

PEAKS AND VALLEYS

A sack towel ready to gift my daughter at Thanksgiving at her home.

My daughter  will be doing a craft show for myself in upstate NY on 12/03.

Again  my dear people life has hit me smack in the face-Yes the Norester we suffered in Western Ma on 10/29 caused much damage to my home-I was displaced for about one week at my daughter's home. Now back home and in the midst of insurance companies and contractors.

I am safe here in my home now  as is - but in time all will get done.  The beautiful landscape my husband and myself  loved about our property is totally different now. But those things are not important. Life and families is what matters!
